This youtube video of Dave Tate doing chain deadlift pretty much speaks to what Trey is writing about. It's all positive movement with no or little attempt to work the negatives. But it would also seem to me a potentially dangerous way for a beginner to go. Fine for someone who has been training for awhile. But for beginners, all movements should be controlled - both positive and negative. Nice video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_R4PUstaeKM&feature=player_embedded

You can further increase the already high volume of this method by using Pavel's "grease the groove" method. If you have the ability to train the mentioned exercises multiple times a day at 50% of your max, you can really bump up the total volume.

Eat healthy, healthy carbs, lots of veggies and lean proteins, like chicken and salmon. Up your proteins, and use L'carnitine and glutamine. Amino acids are essential for muscle development.

Nice article! And yes, the true enemy is sugar. I think the only thing we could do right now is to lessen the consumption of these products for health purposes.

Probably what I'm guilty about the most is the first one mentioned in this article. I usually indulge in midnight snacks so I really need to change that habit.
