My upper body circuit training consist of:

Warm-up

  • Push-ups

Circuit Training

  • Squats (I know, I know, what’s this doing in here…)
  • Standing press
  • Bent over row
  • Standing triceps extension
  • Lateral Raises
  • Standing Curls

Cool-down

  • Push-ups
